Envision 2040 is a JAMstack site for Miami University's Lockheed Martin Leadership institute that looks at the intersections of technology, social rights, and how we interact with others. Designed as JAMstack (Javascript, API and Markup) website, the site uses an architectural model that decouples front-end services, avoids dynamic servers as infrastructure, simplifies content management, and reduces costs. It primarily uses NodeJS and React to create a static progressive web application generator to offer high performance page loads, easy scalability, and high portability.
